Why can't I see a larger plan?

If you are consuming a larger amount of minutes, don't worry! We offer customizable plans to fit your needs. Please contact us, and we will be happy to provide an estimated quote. We always encourage trying our two-week free trial so that we can have a more accurate idea of your usage and provide a more precise quote.

What happens if I go over my plan minutes?

For overage, we will just keep charging you at the current per-minute rate. If necessary, we will recommend you move into a more appropriate plan for the future months.

Do I have to pay a set-up fee?

No, we do not charge for setup.

How do I make a payment?

Payment is made via credit card. After completing the 2-week free trial, we will securely collect your card information. Our payment processor will then charge it every month throughout the duration of your tenure as our client.

Can I change my plan at any given time?

Yes, you may go up or down in plans from month to month with no penalty!
