If you are consuming a larger amount of minutes, don’t worry! We offer customizable plans to fit your needs. Please contact us, and we will be happy to provide an estimated quote. We always encourage trying our two-week free trial so that we can have a more accurate idea of your usage and provide a more precise quote.
For overage, we will just keep charging you at the current per-minute rate. If necessary, we will recommend you move into a more appropriate plan for the future months.
If you choose the Temporary Package, there is a $120.00 setup fee, which can be redeemed. For any of our other plans, designed for long-term relationships, there is a $25.00 setup fee.
Payment is made via credit card. After completing the 2-week free trial, we will securely collect your card information. Our payment processor will then charge it every month throughout the duration of your tenure as our client.
Yes, you may go up or down in plans from month to month with no penalty!
