Meet Nathaniel, the owner and founder of A Team Speech. Specializing in medical evaluations, his team's expertise lies in speech and language evaluation, as well as psychological assessments. They primarily operate as government contractors, assisting individuals scheduled for evaluation by the US government.

 

A Team Speech focuses solely on evaluations and does not provide medical treatments. Nathaniel initially founded the business as a side hustle while working at a school for about seven years, viewing it as a secondary income source.

THE CHALLENGE 

While working at the school and managing A Team Speech simultaneously, Nathaniel encountered difficulties handling incoming calls during his school hours, resulting in missed business opportunities. Seeking a solution to this challenge, he turned to an answering service.
